ICACIn 2022 is a forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of ICT. The conference is jointly organized by Faculty of Sciences Ain Chock Casablanca, Hassan II University and the Yemeni Scientists Research Group (YSRG) in collaboration with Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Research Group (DAAI) at Birmingham City University (UK), Information Service Systems and Innovation Research Group (ISSIRG) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Malaysia), Higher Normal School of Casablanca (Morocco) and Association of Information Systems - Malaysian Chapter (MyAIS). The conference will bring together leading researchers in the domain of computing and informatics from around the world. We warmly welcome authors to submit your articles to ICACIN 2022, and share the valuable experiences with the scientists and scholars around the world.

The conference will be held in person at Hassan II University Library, Casablanca, Morocco. The international participants who face difficulties to attend the conference in person can present their papers online.

Professor Muhammad Ali Imran (M'03, SM'12) received his M.Sc. (Distinction) and Ph.D. degrees from Imperial College London, UK, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He is a Professor in Communication Systems in University of Glasgow, Vice Dean of Glasgow College UESTC and Program Director of Electrical and Electronics with Communications. He is an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma, USA and a visiting Professor at 5G Innovation centre, University of Surrey, UK, where he has worked previously from June 2007 to Aug 2016. He has led a number of multimillion-funded international research projects encompassing the areas of energy efficiency, fundamental performance limits, sensor networks and self-organising cellular networks. He also led the new physical layer work area for 5G innovation centre at Surrey. He has a global collaborative research network spanning both academia and key industrial players in the field of wireless communications. He has supervised 20+ successful PhD graduates and published over 200 peer-reviewed research papers including more than 20 IEEE Transaction papers. He secured first rank in his B.Sc. and a distinction in his M.Sc. degree along with an award of excellence in recognition of his academic achievements conferred by the President of Pakistan. He has been awarded IEEE Comsoc’s Fred Ellersick award 2014, FEPS Learning and Teaching award 2014, Sentinel of Science Award 2016, and twice nominated for Tony Jean’s Inspirational Teaching award. He is a shortlisted finalist for The Wharton-QS Stars Awards 2014 for innovative teaching and VC’s learning and teaching award in University of Surrey. He has given an invited TEDx talk (2015) and more than 10 plenary talks, several tutorials and seminars in international conferences, events and other institutions. He has taught on international short courses in USA and China. He is the co-founder of IEEE Workshop BackNets 2015 and chaired several tracks/workshops of international conferences. He is an associate Editor for IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Open Access and IET Communications Journal and has served as guest editor for many prestigious international journals. He is a Fellow of Royal Society of Edinburgh FRSE, Fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology FIET, Fellow of Royal Society of Arts FRSA, senior member of IEEE and a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), UK.
Akram Alomainy is the Deputy Dean for Postgraduate Research in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Head of the Antennas and Electromagnetics Research Group and Reader in Antennas & Applied EM. Associate Editor for IEEE AWPL and IEEE J-ERM. Lead of Wearable Technology and Creativity Research. Research portfolio ranging from the basics of antennas and electromagnetism to novel applications in telerobotics, cognitive radio, wearable electronics, nano-scale networks, healthcare and bioenigneering. Member of the Centre for Intelligent Sensing and Institute of Bioengineering. Over 450 publications in leading journals and international conferences (8800+ citations and H-index of 43). Recipient of the 2011 British Science Festival Isambard Kingdom Brunel Award, recipient of the QMUL Education Excellence Award 2019, participant at 'I'm a Scientist! Prof Aiman Erbad is an Associate Professor in the College of Science and Engineering, Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU). Prior to this, he was an Associate Professor at the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department and the Director of Research Planning and Development at Qatar University until May 2020. He also served as the Director of Research Support responsible for all grants and contracts (2016-2018) and as the Computer Engineering Program Coordinator (2014-2016). Dr. Erbad obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia (Canada) in 2012, a Master of Computer Science in embedded systems and robotics from the University of Essex (UK) in 2005, and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2004. He received the Platinum award from H.H. The Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at the Education Excellence Day 2013 (Ph.D. category). He also received the 2020 Best Research Paper Award from Computer Communications, the IWCMC 2019 Best Paper Award, and the IEEE CCWC 2017 Best Paper Award. His research received funding from the Qatar National Research Fund, and his research outcomes were published in respected international conferences and journals. He is an editor for KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, an editor for the International Journal of Sensor Networks (IJSNet), and a guest editor for IEEE Network. The past few years with the advent of Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), as well as the availability of visual data it was shown that it is possible to produce excellent results in very challenging tasks, such as face recognition and generation of highly realistic faces, heads and bodies. Dr Yassine Maleh is a cybersecurity professor and practitioner with industry and academic experience. He is a Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences. Since 2019, He works as a professor of cybersecurity at Sultan Moulay Slimane University, Morocco. He worked for the National Port agency (A.N.P.) in Morocco as a Senior Security Analyst from 2012 to 2019. He is a senior member of IEEE, a member of the International Association of Engineers and the Machine Intelligence Research Labs. Dr. Maleh has made contributions in information security and privacy, Internet of Things security, and wireless and constrained network security. His research interests include information security and privacy, Internet of Things, networks security, information system and I.T. governance. He has published over 60 papers (book chapters, international journals, conferences/workshops), 8 edited books, and 2 authored books. He is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Smart Security Technologies. He serves as an associate editor for IEEE Access (2019 Impact Factor 4.098), the International Journal of Digital Crime and Forensics, and the International Journal of Information Security and Privacy. He was also a guest editor of a special issue on 'Recent Advances on Cyber Security and Privacy for Cloud-of-Things' of the International Journal of Digital Crime and Forensics, Volume 10, Issue 3, July-September 2019. He has served and continues to serve on executive and technical program committees and as a reviewer of numerous international conferences and journals such as Elsevier Ad Hoc Networks, IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Sensor Journal, I.C.T.
